Path to Everest screenings

The premiere of the documentary “Path to Everest“, which tells the vital trajectory of Kilian Jornet to the highest summit in the world and concludes the Summits of My Life project, brought together more than 3,000 people in the movie theaters in Bilbao, Pamplona , Madrid and Barcelona.

Public attendance has been a success in the four premiers that have had the presence of the mountain runner. In all of them, Jornet explained his experience to the ceiling of the world: “I am very happy to be able to share the film and the end of the Summits of My Life project with all spectators, and I hope to continue sharing challenges with all of you” , commented Kilian Jornet.

Success and more than 30 screenings in Spain

616 people attended the premiere of Path to Everest in Bilbao on March 1 in an act presented by the mountaineer and poet Juanra Madariaga. The same day also took place the presentation in Pamplona, ??????where 746 people could enjoy the film along with Kilian Jornet and Josep Serra, director of the film.

On Wednesday, March 7, Kilian Jornet traveled to Madrid to present the film in front of 688 attendees with the help of Alberto Hernández, editor in charge of Runner’s World. Finally, yesterday, Barcelona closed the tour with a spectacular influx of audiences that added up to 2,000 spectators. All of them could enjoy an act presented by the head of sports of TV3 Bernat Soler, in an act that filled the Multicines Aribau.

In addition to these four screenings, Path to Everest can be seen in more than 30 cinemas all over Spain, without the presence of Kilian Jornet. Cities like Mallorca, Alicante, Granada, Tenerife or León will have screenings of the film, a very unusual fact for a documentary film of these characteristics. You can see the programming of the screenings on the movie’s website.
